…and an Agile Pair in a Pear tree?

This attempt at humour on the collective noun of agile programmers, mixed with the Christmas Carol “and a partridge in a pear tree”.
Having had some success in turning around a project with agile, we are now in the market for an “agile pair” of programmers, which invites lots of interesting visions.
They will be working on a new strategy which we are pretty excited about, and hopefully the rest of the world will be excited about (when we stop being secretive about it!)

Team leader £30-40K PA + Bonus
You should have
- experience in agile development and be clear on some of the issues
- solid 3-4 years experience min in commercial OO programming
- Be comfortable in working with PHP, Javascript, Java
- Like Linux
- a proven track record in delivering real results
- enjoy working under pressure, and take pride delivering what many people can’t
- A reasonable academic background
Team trainee £25-35 PA + Bonus
You should have
- min 6-12 months commercial software experienc
- Be keen to learn Agile
- A strong desire to prove that you can deliver something seriously impressive
- Have a top academic background
- Pride, but not arrogance
