This is the time of year when business owners typically take time out to reflect on the year that has past and plan for the year ahead. Whilst customer service has always been an important value for dmClub, we are planning to raise the bar in 2015 after a number of years of innovative product development.
Here’s what we will be doing for you in 2015 so that you get even more value from your dmClub service:
Free upgrades for all
Over the last several years, your services have focused around a platform we call ‘GenX.’ Whilst this has provided all the functionality and power we need to handle all your incoming calls, we saw ways that we could make it better and set out to create it.
The result? Our all new ‘GenU’ platform, which now forms the backbone of our operation. GenU offers greater reliability, at no extra cost to you, and a host of additional features. The exciting thing about GenU is that the platform enables us to offer lots more exciting updates in years to come.
In the New Year, we’ll be upgrading our dmVoice, dmConnect and dmSwitchboard to GenU. The upgrade will be free and there will be free webinars and clinics so that you can take advantage of the additional functionality.
Easy payment options
To make your life easier, we’re introducing new payment methods in 2015. Whether you’re a UK business who could benefit from setting up a Direct Debit, or an overseas entrepreneur looking to pay with BitCoin, you’ll have greater control and flexibility over how you pay for your dmClub services.
Free resources to help you grow your business
Living up to our dmClub name, we’ll be launching a brand new business club. We have teamed up with some leading business experts and will be offering dmClub customers exclusive access to dmBizClub where we will have seminars, business clinics, special events, promotional offers and products and services that will help you grow your business. There will even be the opportunity to network with other dmClub members and to promote your own products and services.
